Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone since your Purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.  Also, have in mind that giosdesign7 is not responsible for any cost of returns. We do not cover the cost of any return, so our customers need to ensure the shipping. If any returned product comes with a cost on shipping, it will be rejected.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Items that are exempt from being returned include Custom & Personalized Jewelry pieces.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If more than 15 days have passed since your refund has been approved and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or your PayPal account again.
  • If applicable, contact your credit card company or your bank, in some cases, it may take some time before your refund is officially available in your bank account.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned,  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and you will be also informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, then your partial/full refund will be processed, and the payment will automatically be transferred to your credit card or PayPal account. For credit cards within 7-14 days depending on your bank, for PayPal, the process it's instant.

Exchanges (if applicable)

 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged . Firstly, contact us directly at to request your exchange and our team will help out from there.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
